Unless you are having a C-section be aware that your vagina is going to go through a traumatic experience. Sure we all know someone who broke water, dropped, and delivered in one hour without any pain, but that is not the norm. Delivery can take up to 24 hours (or more) and when that 7 plus pound bundle of joy is ready to enter the world there is nothing that you can do to stop him/her (not that you want to) until you hear the words that you are tearing or that the doctor wants to do an episiotomy (e·pi·si·ot·o·my).
Basically, for delivery there are a few possible scenarios that, unfortunately, all have the same ending; You are going to be sore “down there”. ere has to be a solution to ease that pain!
